Information Collection and Use
C-VUSD does not track, collect or distribute personal information about site visitors. However, we do collect some information about site visits. We have access to domain names and I.P. addresses of visitors. We compile statistics that show the number of visitors and the number of requests we receive for particular pages or files on the site. These statistics are used internally to evaluate and improve the site. The statistics contain no personal information (or email addresses) and cannot be used to gather such information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
C-VUSD Parents are provided access to specific password-protected areas of our website, which may contain personally identifiable information, such as contact information for other C-VUSD parents or families.

The website contains email addresses of faculty and staff and (within the password-protected parts of the site) C-VUSD parents. Use of this information for private, commercial, or political mailings and/or distribution to any outside party is prohibited. Student Privacy
C-VUSD is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and their families. We do not post the full names of students on the public pages of our website. Images of students are used on the public pages of the site; however, students are never identified by name in images. Within the password-protected pages of the site, use of students' full names is allowed and students can also be identified by full name in images.
